Most Expensive Homes on the Market: A Palace in Potomac
Niroo Construction's 9005 Durham Drive home was recently featured on the Washingtonian's Open House real estate blog.
This Potomac mansion is all about the numbers: 33,000 square feet, 6.3 acres of land, 20-foot ceilings, 10 bedrooms, 12.5 bathrooms, and, of course, the most important figure- $18 million. Designed and constructed by husband-and-wife team Haleh and David Niroo, this newly built house dabbles in old-world luxury.
